Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage 2018
A structured, cellar-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Napa Valley's most restrained estates. The 2018 shows dark fruit, graphite, and a precision on the palate that rewards patience. Not a wine built for immediate gratification — this is made to be waited for.
Roy Estate has never chased scores or trends. Their vineyards in the southwestern corner of Napa Valley produce wines with genuine tension — a quality increasingly rare in California. The 2018 vintage represents the estate at its most disciplined: concentrated without being heavy, expressive without being obvious.
2018 brought a warm, dry growing season with excellent hang time. The result was physiologically ripe fruit at moderate sugars — a combination that rarely happens, and that gives wines born in this vintage exceptional structure and longevity.
